Wise Quotes - THANKSGIVING EXPRESSED!

It's the first day of the year and our thanksgiving to God continues. As i was praying about which scripture to use for today's wise quote, i was led to Isaiah 12. Its such a beautiful way to express pur thanksgiving to God.

God has been faithful and gracious to us all so this scripture sums it all perfectly in showing our gratitude. On behalf of my family, i wish you all a year of divine acceleration. My prayer for this year is that The Presence of God will be with me at all times.....i pray you make this your prayer too.

If you have nothing as a new years resolution, I'll like you to try this......find a jar and some 'post its' or pieces of paper ......for every day write down what the lord had done for you and put it in the jar......do that and at the end of the year count your blessings. Its such a joy to look back on it. I started last year January but wrote mine down and looking back on it now.......God has been good.....the blessings are too much to comprehend.

Have a blessed day as you start off 2017 in more Grace.

Isaiah 12Amplified Bible (AMP)

Thanksgiving Expressed
12 And on that day you will say,
“I will give thanks to You, O Lord;
For though You were angry with me,
Your anger has turned away,
And You comfort me.
2
“Behold, God, my salvation!
I will trust and not be afraid,
For the Lord God is my strength and song;
Yes, He has become my salvation.”
3
Therefore with joy you will draw water
From the springs of salvation.
4
And in that day you will say,
“Give thanks to the Lord, call on His name [in prayer].
Make His deeds known among the peoples [of the earth];
Proclaim [to them] that His name is exalted!”
5
Sing praises to the Lord, for He has done excellent and glorious things;
Let this be known throughout the earth.
6
Rejoice and shout for joy, O inhabitant of Zion,
For great in your midst is the Holy One of Israel.

Wise Quotes - PRAISING THE LORD AT ALL TIMES!

Although we are in a Season of Thanksgiving, our praise to God should not end there or be subjected to seasons. Our worship should be that of Psalm 34.......

Psalm 31:1-3 New King James Version (NKJV)
34 I will bless the Lord at all times;
His praise shall continually be in my mouth.
My soul shall make its boast in the Lord;
The humble shall hear of it and be glad.
Oh, magnify the Lord with me,
And let us exalt His name together.
Praise and worship to God are part of our spiritual weapons........Let me take you back to the story of King Jehoshaphat(II Chronicles 20:1-30). The story tells of King Jehoshaphat being faced with battle, his first reaction was fear but he didn't give up and sort the face of the Lord.

This is a powerful testimony of the weapons of our warfare but i will like us to concentrate on verses 18 to 22. (I promise to come back to this story in detail at a later date).

And Jehoshaphat bowed his head with his face to the ground, and all Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem bowed before the Lord, worshiping the Lord19 Then the Levites of the children of the Kohathites and of the children of the Korahites stood up to praise the Lord God of Israel with voices loud and high.
20 So they rose early in the morning and went out into the Wilderness of Tekoa; and as they went out, Jehoshaphat stood and said, “Hear me, O Judah and you inhabitants of Jerusalem: Believe in the Lord your God, and you shall be established; believe His prophets, and you shall prosper.” 21 And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed those who should sing to the Lord, and who should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army and were saying:
“Praise the Lord,
For His mercy endures forever.”[c]
22 Now when they began to sing and to praise, the Lord set ambushes against the people of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir, who had come against Judah; and they were defeated.

Jehoshaphat believed the Word of God and begun praising the Lord. From this story there are three things to learn here;
1. We ought to praise God before any battle
2. We ought to praise God during the battle and
3. We ought to praise God in the Victory after the battle.

There is Power in our Praise and Worship to God, we may not always see the manifestations of it but be rest assured that Our God is forever faithful and we are Victorious in every way. Have a blessed day.

Wise Quotes - THANKSGIVING FOR ANSWERED PRAYER!

Psalm 138 is our focus of praise today. In this Psalm of David, he was expressing a sincere appreciation to God for answered prayers.

He begins by giving thanks with all his heart....a sign of true appreciation and then singing praises before the gods......acknowledging God's supremacy above all other gods. His gratitude to God continues as he speaks of His unfailing love and faithfulness.

The main point to focus out of this whole chapter is the fact that whenever you call on God, He answers.......Psalm 50:15 says call on ME in the day of trouble and i will rescue you.
This promise along with the rest listed below in Psalm 138 is enough reason to praise The Lord. Thanksgiving should be an integral part of our praise to God.

Throughout the year, many are the things we prayed to God for - protection, strength, comfort, patience, love and other special needs. As we praise God for the material and spiritual blessings, we should also thank him for answered prayers. We should never take God's protection and answered prayers for granted.

Take a moment to reflect on this Psalm as we continue in our season of thanksgiving. Remain blessed.

Psalm 138New King James Version (NKJV)

The Lord’s Goodness to the Faithful

Psalm of David.

138 I will praise You with my whole heart;
Before the gods I will sing praises to You.
I will worship toward Your holy temple,
And praise Your name
For Your lovingkindness and Your truth;
For You have magnified Your word above all Your name.
In the day when I cried out, You answered me,
And made me bold with strength in my soul.
All the kings of the earth shall praise You, O Lord,
When they hear the words of Your mouth.
Yes, they shall sing of the ways of the Lord,
For great is the glory of the Lord.
Though the Lord is on high,
Yet He regards the lowly;
But the proud He knows from afar.
Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me;
You will stretch out Your hand
Against the wrath of my enemies,
And Your right hand will save me.
The Lord will perfect that which concerns me;
Your mercy, O Lordendures forever;
Do not forsake the works of Your hands.

Wise Quotes - PRAISE FOR THE LORD'S MERCIES!

As we're in the Season of Thanksgiving, i have been in a praise mood throughout. For the next days leading to New Year, we'll be looking at ways we can show our appreciation to God for the great and wonderful things He's done in our lives.

Lets' look at Psalm 103 in detail:
This Psalm of David is one which gives God the praise for His Mercies. David acknowledged that God had been good to him. He started off by speaking to his soul(the inner man) within him which is the life. He addresses himself and all that is within him(The Soul) to praise God for all the good things He has done for him. Now i need you to take a moment and picture how David would have done this......would he have been standing in front of a mirror and speaking to himself? Would he have just imagined his inner man next to him and talking to him? Or he could perhaps had been in a deeper place of worship, lost in God's Love and started talking to himself? No mater how he did it, it's time now for you to take a moment and reflect back on everything God has done for you and give him such praise as he deserves. Coming to this realisation gives you a deeper sense of God's Love and your worship to HIM flows out of that.

David's praise focused not just the good things God did for him but also everything he didn't deserve which God overlooked and still blessed him with; He forgives our sins, heals our diseases, redeems us from death, crowns us with love and compassion, satisfies our desires and gives righteousness and justice.......these are all the blessings we receive without deserving them.

The list goes on with God's uncountable blessings. It's the end of the year and if you feel as though you have nothing for which to praise God, go through this list and know that just as God did for David, He is always giving us such undeserved blessings. No matter how difficult your life's journey, you can always count your blessings - past,present and future. Remember God is our Loving Father, very tender and compassionate towards us. The least we could do is to praise Him because really, what can we offer if not our praise. Have a blessed day as you dig deeper into this Psalm of David.

Praise for the Lord’s Mercies

A Psalm of David.

103 Bless the Lord, O my soul;
And all that is within me, bless His holy name!
Bless the Lord, O my soul,
And forget not all His benefits:
Who forgives all your iniquities,
Who heals all your diseases,
Who redeems your life from destruction,
Who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies,
Who satisfies your mouth with good things,
So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
The Lord executes righteousness
And justice for all who are oppressed.
He made known His ways to Moses,
His acts to the children of Israel.
The Lord is merciful and gracious,
Slow to anger, and abounding in mercy.
He will not always strive with us,
Nor will He keep His anger forever.
10 He has not dealt with us according to our sins,
Nor punished us according to our iniquities.
11 For as the heavens are high above the earth,
So great is His mercy toward those who fear Him;
12 As far as the east is from the west,
So far has He removed our transgressions from us.
13 As a father pities his children,
So the Lord pities those who fear Him.
14 For He knows our frame;
He remembers that we are dust.
15 As for man, his days are like grass;
As a flower of the field, so he flourishes.
16 For the wind passes over it, and it is gone,
And its place remembers it no more.[a]
17 But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting
On those who fear Him,
And His righteousness to children’s children,
18 To such as keep His covenant,
And to those who remember His commandments to do them.
19 The Lord has established His throne in heaven,
And His kingdom rules over all.
20 Bless the Lord, you His angels,
Who excel in strength, who do His word,
Heeding the voice of His word.
21 Bless the Lord, all you His hosts,
You ministers of His, who do His pleasure.
22 Bless the Lord, all His works,
In all places of His dominion.
Bless the Lord, O my soul!

Wise Quotes - SEASON OF THANKSGIVING!

Today i am thankful to God for my life. The Good Lord has been faithful to me. Beginning of the year, i made a vow to go a step higher in my relationship with God. I made plans on how i would do that each month in order to achieve my goal......fast forward to today, i am certain that neither death nor anything in this world can Separate me from the Love of God.

Being here to share this is a testimony and for that i am grateful. Making up my mind to get to know The Lord this year was the best decision i ever made......it has come with it challenges but MY GOD HAS SUPPLIED ALL MY NEEDS ACCORDING TO HIS RICHES IN HEAVEN IN CHRIST JESUS.

The year has come to an end and my praise is never ending.....looking back, I've come out stronger, wiser and certianly more matured than i was last year. In the coming year my one and only prayer  is that The Presence of God will CONSUME me......in every area of my life, that i may continue to hold steadfast in Him till Christ Return.

This is my song of thanksgiving:
Never failed me yet
Never failed me yet
JESUS' Love never failed me yet
There's one thing that i know, everywhere i go. JESUS' LOVE never failed me yet.

My soul have found a RESTING place in the Lord and My God has never failed me. I finish off with this wonderful psalms of David from Psalm 103.......

1 A Psalm of David. Bless the Lord, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name! 2 Bless the Lord, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: 3 Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, 4 Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, 5 Who satisfies your mouth with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle's. 6 The Lord executes righteousness And justice for all who are oppressed. 7 He made known His ways to Moses, His acts to the children of Israel. 8 The Lord is merciful and gracious, Slow to anger, and abounding in mercy. 9 He will not always strive with us, Nor will He keep His anger forever. 10 He has not dealt with us according to our sins, Nor punished us according to our iniquities. 11 For as the heavens are high above the earth, So great is His mercy toward those who fear Him; 12 As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us. 13 As a father pities his children, So the Lord pities those who fear Him. 14 For He knows our frame; He remembers that we are dust. 15 As for man, his days are like grass; As a flower of the field, so he flourishes. 16 For the wind passes over it, and it is gone, And its place remembers it no more. 17 But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting On those who fear Him, And His righteousness to children's children, 18 To such as keep His covenant, And to those who remember His commandments to do them. 19 The Lord has established His throne in heaven, And His kingdom rules over all. 20 Bless the Lord, you His angels, Who excel in strength, who do His word, Heeding the voice of His word. 21 Bless the Lord, all you His hosts, You ministers of His, who do His pleasure. 22 Bless the Lord, all His works, In all places of His dominion. Bless the Lord, O my soul!

Have a blessed day and Merry Christmas.

Wise Quotes - SEASON OF THANKSGIVING!

There is a miracle of Life called family..... I call it a miracle because if you pause for a moment and think about it, families start out as two strangers coming together to beat the odds of life to stay as a unit and raising many more blessings to make up The Family.

What makes them decide to stay in that family is the greatest gift given by God.......LOVE. In John 3:16(NIV)* God demonstrated this perfect love ........For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

My Joy knows no bounds as i give thanks to God today for my family; Today i am;

            THANKFUL FOR MY FAMILY
Through it all, God has been faithful to us. I am particularly very thankful to God for the fact that we all know Him. One of the greatest legacies you can leave your children is by bringing them up in The Word.......i am reaping the results of that and so will generations after me.

To all my family, both far and near......to friends who have become family and to my family in The Lord this is my prayer for you today;

I pray for the continuous protection from Jehovah over your life. May The Perfect Love of God perfect all that concerns you and may make you to overflow in Love. Good health and long life will be the food you eat daily. And now may the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.

Finally always remember this! The Lord - and the Lord alone - is our God. Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength. Never forget these commands that I am giving you today. Teach them to your children. Repeat them when you are at home and when you are away, when you are resting and when you are working. Tie them on your arms and wear them on your foreheads as a reminder. Write them on the doorposts of your houses and on your gates.......( Deuteronomy 6:4-9GNT*)

Have a blessed day as you celebrate our Saviour.

Wise Quotes - SEASON OF THANKSGIVING!

THANKS.........makes room for more. Our thanksgiving to God ought to be one from a grateful heart. He's done more than the eye can see. He has sheltered and provided, He has clothed us with His Glory, His mighty Arm of protection has been a SHIELD. He gave us VICTORY when Jesus was born to us........Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel.(Isaiah 7:14)

My thanksgiving is never ending when i begin to list out all He's done for me. Today i am;

               THANKFUL FOR FRIENDS
God always has a way of bringing people into one's life. Many people will pass through this life with you, some short term and others just a day. But whether long-term or just a moment of friendship, every one of them leaves a mark in your life. These marks they leave will either have a positive or negative impartation. The one thing I've learnt is to be thankful for them all because there is always a lesson learnt in those periods......I am very fortunate to have around me a circle of friends who are all well rooted in The Word. Friends who stir you in the right direction and bring you back to God on the days when you forget yourself.

Today i acknowledge you all and I thank my God for all the memories i have of you. I conclude by leaving you with this from Hebrews 13:1&2 (NIV)- Keep on loving one another as brothers and sisters. 2 Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it.

Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

Have a blessed day. #inspired...ann #WiseQuotes

Wise Quotes - SEASON OF THANKSGIVING!

We are in the season of GIVING; giving of gifts, sharing with families, giving to the community but above all the giving of LOVE, which is the real meaning for the Season.

For the next couple of days leading to Christmas, I'll like us to share on this love by spreading the Gospel of the Good News.......For a child is born to us, a son is given to us. The government will rest on his shoulders. And he will be called: Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.(Isaiah 9:6)

Christ is born for us and He's the reason for the season. His coming down on earth is the greatest gift God has given to us and for that we ought to be thankful. I am particularly very thankful to God for so many things He's down for me this year. Starting now, I'll be sharing on what I'm thankful for. Today I'm;

              THANKFUL FOR YOU ALL

Yeap i am very thankful to you all my followers and readers because without you, there will be no posts. God has been faithful and and has kept you all. Ever since i decided to share the Word, you have shared your testimonies on how they have been a blessing in your individual lives. Many of you gave very productive input on what to share, not forgetting the words of encouragement. I am very grateful to you all for the love.

I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns.

Continue to hold fast the confession of your hope without wavering; for he who promised is faithful.

Have a blessed day and wishing you all A MERRY CHRISTMAS IN ADVANCE.

Wise Quotes - GOD'S EVERLASTING LOVE 5!

For the final part we'll be concentrating on verse 35.

Romans 8:31-35 - 31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?33 Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies.34 Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

Verse 35 - Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?

I get so excited when the scriptures comes alive and i'm living it. I read it and it's almost like i'm about to bust from the joy it brings. This part of the scripture is one which takes me on 'cloud nine' if i can put it that way......hahaha you can tell the excitement with which i type write? Yes i love this verse because Paul answers his own question with an answer in Verse 38 and 39......lets read it.

38 For I am certain that nothing can separate us from his love: neither death nor life, neither angels nor other heavenly rulers or powers, neither the present nor the future,39neither the world above nor the world below - there is nothing in all creation that will ever be able to separate us from the love of God which is ours through Christ Jesus our Lord.

Need i say more? Nope......Enjoy this Wonderful Love given freely through THE BLOOD OF JESUS. Remain blessed.

Wise Quotes - GOD'S EVERLASTING LOVE 4!

Today's word is concentrating on verse 34.

Verse 34 - Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.

While the accuser concentrates on condemnation, Our Good Lord is the opposite.  As i mentioned in the earlier post, the accuser(The devil) has spent thousands of years doing this over and over again so he is a master at it. He is a master at reminding you of past mistakes and failures. The spirit feeds on that in order to justify how that person is a failure. This spirit only has one agenda and that is to tear apart your faith and to wear you down spiritually........but we are not ignorant of his devices.

Praise be to God in the highest, giving of His Son did not only wash away our sins and pain, He SILENCED the accuser once and for all by The Blood of Jesus. Just as the accuser is daily accusing us, The Blood of Jesus is also daily interceding for us. The Blood covers you so hold on to this truth and watch the accuser flee. Have a blessed day.

Wise Quotes - GOD'S EVERLASTING LOVE 3!

Today's word is concentrating on verse 33.

Verse 33 -  Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies.

I love the NLT* of this verse......Who dares accuse us? No one for God has given us right standing with HIMSELF.

Did you know the enemy is constantly accusing and presenting a charge against us on a daily basis? Revelation 12:10 says that .........for the accuser of the brethren has been thrown down, he who accuses them before our God day and night. The devil tries several ways to accuse us. He attacks our personhood and questions our motives. He tries to get us to doubt our relationship with God, tries to convince us that we do not have the ability to accomplish the mission and then he attacks the quality of our work.

Amazingly, these schemes of the devil has not changed for thousands of years but the good news is our KINSMAN REDEEMER, JESUS CHRIST our ADVOCATE is always interceding for us so we need not be afraid. All we have to do is to let Jesus Christ take up our case. NEVER talk to to the devil without your ATTORNEY present. Every accusing voice, including your own, counts for nothing in the court of heaven. God's acceptance trumps everybody else's rejection and He accepts you because He sees you in Christ.

So the next time the enemy tries it with you, look him straight in the eye and let your prayer of Philippians 1:28 get to work.....Remain blessed.

Philippians 1:28(GNT*) - Don't be afraid of your enemies; always be courageous, and this will prove to them that they will lose and that you will win, because it is God who gives you the victory.

Wise Quotes - GOD'S EVERLASTING LOVE 2!

Moving on to the next part of the scripture, today we will be looking at Verse thirty two of Romans eight.

Verse 32 - He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?

Think about it; Would God save your soul and leave you to fend for yourself or address your eternal needs and not your earthly ones? NO, He certainly would not do that. God is very much aware of our physical needs so the Bible is filled with loads of assurances of God's provision for us. Endless promises which will supply your every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.....(Philippians 4:19)

There is also a story of a woman who had very little to spend on. She would always pray to God and her needs were always met by the end of the day. One day as she was praying, her neighbour overheard and asked her to stop praying because God wasn't going to answer her prayers for what she needed. To prove to the woman that God wasn't the one providing, he bought everything the woman had prayed for and left in front of the woman's door.

When the woman came out and found the things outside her door, she knelt down and thank God for answered prayer. The man quickly came out of his house and said "Ahhhh i told you there was no God, i was the one who bought you all those things". With tears in the woman's eyes she continued praising God and said "Oh thank you God for using my enemy to bless me"........funny isn't it? Yes; that's how Our Mighty God works......He uses the 'foolish things' of the world to shame the wise.....(1 Corinthians 1:27)

Be rest assured today as you think about these words.......Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? Matthew 6:26

Wise Quotes - GOD'S EVERLASTING LOVE 1!

A blessed day to you all family.....it's another beautiful day and the Good Lord has kept us. We give Him all the glory and praise. He alone deserve  our worship and the fruits of our lips this day. Today i have decided to share with you all one of my favorite scriptures.....

Once again i'm going to break them down into verse by verse each day and give further explanations on them. So starting from today, we'll be looking at;

Verse 31 - What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

Following on with our usual daily devotions, i asked my kids to explain what they thought this scripture meant and i'll like to share their responses with you ......

.......Nobody can be like God.
.......If God is our Shield and He is with us, we WILL NOT be defeated.
.......God is with us, Jesus is with us and The Holy Spirit is in us so no evil powers, principalities or anything can ever come against us.

They couldn't have explained it any better than this. God's promises are extensive and many of them includes the promise of NEVER leaving you, not forsaking you. He is with you till the end of time. God's assurance of His presence tilts the scales in your favour in whichever direction you look at it.

There's the story of a man who was walking with God. He was in constant fellowship and worship with God. He knew this because he realized that wherever he walked, there were two sets of footsteps. There came a time of hardship and struggles but all he could see was one pair of footsteps. He never gave up though but continued fervently in his fellowship with the Lord. Finally he was victorious and overcame all the obstacles. He then noticed again the two sets of footsteps. Baffled and confused, he asked God where He was when he was going through the storm. The Lord replied, "the footsteps you saw during the times of hardship were that of MINE"........"I know you have no strength and you SOLELY depended on me so i carried you on MY SHOULDERS through the storm."

Oh what a joy it is to know that through it all, God's always going to carry you on His Mighty Shoulders. So whatever you're facing today, keep reminding yourself........GOD IS FOR ME. Be blessed as you remain in HIM.

Wise Quotes - ARMOUR OF GOD 6

Day 6 and final topic on studying what it means to put on the full Armour of God.

Ephesians 6:10-18

Verses 10 to 15 -Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16  In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith,with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the Helmet of Salvation........

THE SWORD OF THE SPIRIT(THE WORD OF GOD) (v.17b) - ..........and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

1.In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 14.The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth......(John 1:1 &14). In short THE WORD IS JESUS CHRIST. The Sword of the Spirit, can be looked at from different angles. Lets consider these two points of views.
1. Many people think that prosperity and success come from having power, influential personal contacts, fame or a relentless desire to get ahead in life. But let's look at what God taught Joshua in this scripture. Joshua 1:8.....Do not let this book of the law depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night so that you may be careful  to do according to all that is written in it. God gave Joshua a strategy for prosperity that goes against any criteria. To succeed Joshua needed to obey God's law and constantly read and study the Word. Following in this strategy may not give you success in the eyes of the world but you will definitely be a success in God's eyes and His opinion is the most important. So MEDITATE on The Word at ALL times.
2.The Sword of The Spirit is the ONLY OFFENSIVE weapon of our armour. Having gone through several spiritual battles, one lady testified of using The word of God at all times to defeat the plans of the enemy. We do not only need to wait for an incident to use this armour........everyday as you pray, don't leave your sword in its sheath, take it out and swing it at the enemy. This means speaking out The Word into BEING, DECLARING blessings over your life and all that concerns you. Using The Word to bring about changes in your circumstances........The Word of God is LIFE, it is SPIRIT, it gives HOPE and it is our STRENGTH. Don't face situations with your mouth shut........SPEAK OUT THE WORD. Remain blessed as i close with this final words......
Verse 18 of Ephesians 6 - Finally pray in the Spirit at ALL times and on EVERY occasion with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, stay ALERT and always be PERSISTENT in praying for all the Lord’s people. Amen.
