Let's Talk Shoes

Now who wants to tell me owning a new pair of shoes don't make you smile, weather it's a gift or have been purchased. That feeling of having those shoes you've been eyeing for days or even weeks is simply amazing. You get so excited you can even wear the shoes right from the shop, depending on what kind of shoes they are of course.

I know I have sometimes gone to bed thinking about a particular shoe which caught my eye.....(don't judge me, we all have those thoughts for the things we love) hahahaha. And if you should tell me you don't, I'll prove to you its a lie...lol. 

Reminds me of this quote which says "Cinderella is proof that a new pair of shoes can change your life"......now isn't that true. #Word

Talents & Creativity at it's best........God given talents

Today's post is all about celebrating our God given talents. This week has actually been an inpiration for me, from having dinner with the ever talented Gospel artist and a true worshipper Faith Chiedza Bekoe to being in the presence of God in a retreat in my church - i feel so blessed. Faith is an epitome of a true worshipper, a gifted and talented musician. Everytime i meet with her or have a chat with her, she always reminds me of the reason I'm a "Christian" and i always leave being convicted to "serve" more. I've come across many people with so many talents which are not per say their profession or something they have had training on....just simply being gifted by God.

I'm sure by now you all know I'm the biggest fun to anyone who uses their talents and to be honest it just blesses me so much i love to be around such people just to learn more and be inspired. And one of such people I've also had the privilege of being around is Abigail Amoabeng. She is seriously gifted and I mean she is gifted with a creative mind to design clothes and accessories. Seen her do a few things but the outfit she had on today just made me so proud she had to represent on the blog.

So she got the top and the skirt but the top was too short in length and slightly tight around the bust but she was determined to make it work for her. She told me "Anna I'll recreate this outfit" and I was excited to see the outcome. I saw her wearing the outfit today and it was fab.....just have a look for yourself and tell me what you think. The necklace, bangles and earrings were all made by her.
